CAMPSITE AREA REGULATIONS

 

1) All MOCA guests are required to review the current regulations. Guests must review and respect the code of conduct (https://moca.camp/en/code-of-conduct/).

 

2) Guests staying within the International Camping area must hand over their identification documents to the management upon arrival for registration.

 

3) The Management and the Organization reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse entry to unwanted or excess guests (see code of conduct).

 

4) Parking of cars and setting up of tents, caravans, or campers must never obstruct normal traffic. Cars must always be driven at walking speed.

 

5) Motorcycles and motorbikes must always be moved by hand.

 

6) From 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, noise is strictly prohibited.

 

7) Each guest is responsible for securing their personal belongings. We do not assume any responsibility, under any circumstances, for the loss or theft of valuables not handed in for safekeeping.

 

8) It is strictly forbidden to damage plants and campsite equipment, dig trenches around tents and/or verandas, pour boiling, salty, or waste liquids on the ground, or light open fires. We are not liable for damages caused by falling trees or branches, or any other damage resulting from natural, accidental, or unpredictable events.

 

9) The use of grills is subject to the Management’s permission.

 

10) Soccer and volleyball are only allowed in designated areas.

 

11) The use of equipment, playgrounds, etc., is at your own risk.

 

12) Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers.

 

13) Laundry and dishes must be washed only in the designated sinks.

 

14) Dogs are not allowed.

 

15) Minors are allowed if accompanied by an adult. Children must always be accompanied when using various equipment and facilities, including the toilets. Parents are directly responsible for minors. Children must be supervised by their guardians, and the Management declines all responsibility in this regard.

 

16) Any infectious diseases must be reported immediately to the Management or Organization.

 

17) Entering the campsite implies acceptance of and full compliance with these "Regulations," which may be supplemented by additional rules that the Management deems necessary for the proper functioning of the campsite. The staff is authorized to enforce the rules and report any violations to the Management. Non-compliant guests will be immediately removed from the campsite.

 

PROTECTED AREA REGULATIONS

 

As we are within the "Torre del Cerrano" Marine Protected Area, activities that may alter the environment's characteristics or compromise its founding purposes are not permitted.

 

In particular, the following activities are prohibited:

 

1) Any activity that may pose a threat or disturbance to plant and animal species, including swimming, scuba diving, boating, anchoring, mooring, use of jet skis or similar watercraft, water skiing, similar water sports, spearfishing, introduction of non-native species, and active restocking;
 
2) Any activity involving the capture, collection, or damage to animal or plant species, including hunting and fishing;

 

3) Any activity involving the removal, even partial, or damage to archaeological artifacts and geological formations;
 
4) Any direct or indirect alteration, caused by any means, of the geophysical environment or the biochemical characteristics of the water, including the introduction of any toxic or polluting substances, the dumping of solid or liquid waste, aquaculture, and the introduction of discharges not compliant with the most restrictive requirements of current legislation;
 
5) The introduction of weapons, explosives, and any destructive or capture devices, as well as toxic or polluting substances;
 
6) The use of open fires.
